Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KönyvKlub Bounty platform (the "Platform") operated by OM Education & Consulting Kft. (registered office: 3300 Eger, Koháry István u. 19.; company registration: 10-09-038258; the "Operator"). By registering on the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The Platform allows TikTok and Instagram content creators ("Creators") to produce and publish videos that promote KönyvKlub on their own social media accounts. The Operator pays Creators based on the views their videos accumulate, in accordance with the campaign terms published on the Platform.
2. Registration and Creator status
2.1. The Platform is available only to natural persons aged 18 or older. 2.2. Registration data must be true and current. Providing false data may result in immediate account suspension. 2.3. One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts constitutes material breach.
3. Content rules
3.1. Videos submitted to a campaign must not contain: • violent, hateful, discriminatory, or racist content; • content harmful to minors; • copyrighted material used without permission; • misleading or false statements about KönyvKlub; • advertising aimed at minors (under 18). 3.2. The Operator may refuse payment for, and suspend the account associated with, any video that violates these rules. 3.3. Creators may not delete or set private a submitted video for at least 90 days after publication, unless the Operator authorizes this.
4. Payouts
4.1. The current rate is 500 HUF per 1,000 views, capped at 8,000 HUF per video, with a minimum payout threshold of 20,000 HUF. 4.2. Views are counted via official TikTok and Instagram APIs. Views that are clearly bought or generated by bots are invalid and may be excluded by the Operator. 4.3. Earnings become withdrawable 14 days after submission (the "clearance period"). 4.4. Payouts are automatic: by the 10th day of each calendar month the Operator transfers the balance accrued in the previous month to your Hungarian bank account via SEPA, provided the balance reached the 20,000 HUF minimum. If the threshold is not met, the balance rolls over to the next month. Payouts cannot be requested separately. 4.5. Tax: up to a monthly threshold of 90,000 HUF the Operator settles the applicable tax and no business invoice is required. Above this amount, you must issue a proper business invoice (KATA, EV or Kft) and pay tax under the applicable rules.
5. Operator rights
The Operator reserves the right to: • temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance; • change payout terms with 30 days' prior notice; • immediately suspend the account of any Creator in material breach and withhold pending balances.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including lost profits or lost views.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. The Operator may terminate your account on 30 days' notice for any reason, or immediately for material breach.
8. Disputes
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably; failing this, the competent Hungarian court has exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
The Operator may amend these Terms at any time, with at least 14 days' notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. This version is effective as of 2026-04-30.
